January is traditionally Detox month - diets galore my motto is
everything in moderation! One thing I can recommend is Dragon Fly Teas
they are fantastic and the one I have been drinking quite a lot of is

I happened to be in Ludlow just before Christmas - on they way up we
went to a fantastic pub called the Trouble House Inn out side of Tetbury if
you find yourself in that neck of the woods do go.

I spent a wonderful hour in the Dickinson's Period House shop
